Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering into a project with us. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
By entering into a project with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
1.1 We will provide our resources to you according to your specific requirements.
1.2 You agree to provide us with all the necessary information and materials we need to complete the project in a timely manner.
1.3 You will use your best efforts to ensure that the product you create for us is fully functional and meets our requirements.
2.1 The fee for our project will be agreed upon in writing or over a call.
2.2 We agree to pay you the agreed fee in full or in parts according to the decided method.
2.3 If the project requires additional work outside of the original scope, we will provide you with a quote for the additional work, and the additional fees will be paid after the project is delivered.
2.4 If you are unable to complete the project due to reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain any payments that is due.
3.1 All intellectual property rights in the projects you create for us will remain your property until you receive full payment for your services.
3.2 Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights will be transfered to us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 You warrant that any materials you provide us for use on the website are either owned by you or you have the necessary permission to use them.
3.4 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any materials you provide to us for the purposes of completing the project.
4.1 You warrant that the project you create for us will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (90) days after the final delivery.
4.2 You are liable for any loss or damage that may result from the use of the material you created for us.
4.3 We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delays or interruptions to the services you provide due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.1 We will keep all information you provide to us in connection with the project confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent.
6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in Sri Lanka.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them, and agree to be bound by them.
